Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank-holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number or link. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Pre-order products will be fulfilled within the timeframe in the product description.
UK Shipping Methods
- Ship to Address (Evri) - Standard Delivery - 2-4 working days
- Ship to Address (Evri)- Next Working Day - For orders placed before 12pm UK time
- Ship to Pickup Point (Evri)- Evri pick up point - 2-4 working days
Bali Shipping Methods
- Delivery by gojek - when possible - Bronte will reach out via whatsapp to arrange shipping (please ensure your contact number is given on order)
Australia Shipping Methods
- Untracked Shipping (Royal Mail UK) - 7-10 working days - *no tracking* is provided for the shipment
- Tracked Shipping (Royal Mail UK) - 7-10 working days - tracking is provided in fulfilment confirmation email
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
