Grip Socks

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our grip socks. 

Tote Bags

If you are not satisfied with your tote bag, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Bronte HQ. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the full purchase price excluding return shipping costs within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.
